Ok i've been having problems getting my fucking spray to work, i wanted a new spray so i just deleted the previous one in my /logo folder, i then put the .vtf file in that folder then when i go to start the game my spray is still my last one. I've used google but i found nothing.
They said I could become anything so I became everything.
You have to select the spray in TF2 itself, here's an example I just prepared for you.

Have you tried actually changing it using the drop down box in the options...
That's another problem, when i try to open my logo folder using that import thing it doesn't open the folder. I can open every other folder fine but when i try logs it just doesn't do anything.

It's been a while but make sure it's in the right directory?
Steam\steamapps\<a ccount name>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos
I'm also not a 100% sure if this will work, but try also pasting the .vtf file into
Steam\steamapps\<a ccount name>\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos\UI
I just took a look at my own spray folder and I have all the sprays in these two folders, not sure why but I can confirm all my sprays work.

I have a question of my own. How come for a lot of images I try to upload and use as my spray, it just says that the image was corrupted. I didn't get it because there wasn't really anything wrong with it. It was a .jpg file just like all my others.
With TF2 it has to be a .vtf file whereas any other source game lets you use .jpgs
I don't really understand why, but that's how it is.
Really? I've been using .jpg files and it still accepts it, not all the time though.
