Depends how much you know about Flash. 30 days is ample time to design, construct and sell a game. If you're new to the Flash scene then probably not much; read and watch all the tutorials that NG has to offer then use a 30 day trial and see how it goes from there.

Yes. All you need to make a flash movie is flash.
Of course, other programs can be useful such as photoshop for backgrounds, and adobe after effects if you want to make a video with some cool effects in it. But that's all advanced stuff.

Yes.
Also, don't count on making anything significant enough to make you money in the first 30 days, especially if you're new to the whole thing.
