Gunman at my college suicide

I attend UT in texas for about a year until I ship out in the military... And I had no idea what was going on but round 8am some mother fucker just started firing random shots near the Library on campus apparently. I was outside at this time walking to my class soon as I heard the shots I just booked it and got the hell out of there... Until I ran into campus security they told me to go to my dorm and lock my door so I did.

They gave an all good signal here a couple hours ago but man this is just fucking crazy.

It's allready on the news if you havent heard about it. Now I didnt really see any of this unfold but I heard the gunfire so I ran. He shot random bullets then committed suicide... Why is anyones guess for right now.

I have a ton of friends who go there, but luckily it seems that this particular gunman had poor aim, or perhaps wasn't even trying to kill anyone but himself. As I understand it, around the time it happened, there were reports of second gunman on campus, but these have been mere speculation. It'll be interesting to hear what the story is behind the shooter, whether he made any posts online or showed any signs of planning something like this. I'm glad nobody was hurt (other than the gunman himself, obviously).

Yeah, Everybody on campus was speculating on how many people died though. Was pretty scary. Least now we know no one's died.

i go to Austin High down near downtown Austin and we had all the buses being checked for weapons. And also no one was even hit by any bullets.

I believe he originally wanted to kill some people, but could go through with it. So he just fired off some bullets in anger and then turned the gun on himself, killing himself.

Also, I'm pretty sure you can get an AK-47 at most Texas gun stores.
