With a picture of some dead bird thing on her profile, and a bunch of animal art, PLUS the fact that the OP found all of these squirrel "victims", I'd say I've found the prime suspect.
So unless the OP finds the real culprit, I believe she is responsible.

Yes I do find animals, and dead animals fascinating. But I lack the the skill to catch a squirrel. And even if I could catch one I wouldn't kill it unless it were for survival purposes.
It's not hard to find these things when theyre laying on the road I walk on almost everyday.
