Drawing characters in perspective 2010-08-10 10:15:29

So I'm doing an animation and I discovered I'm terrible at drawing characters from a perspective other than front on or side on, I'm trying to draw a character from an overhead angle but my proportions are all wrong, is there a trick to it or is it just a matter of practice?

Ta very much in advance.

If you are starting a new topic you MUST start with a piece of your own original art. If you are looking for advice, please share your work as an example of what you are trying to accomplish.

Pop down an example of the picture that you're having trouble with, so we can see your problem.

you could pop a link to an example, as well, to show us what you're aiming for!
