That is online.
No it is not on ESPN 3. It is on ABC though.
Well we were dumb enough to think it was gonna happen.
Finally! There was no way on Earth he was going to miss that.
Seems like it's gonna be 3 points for Ghana, cheeky handball though, I didn't notice it at all before the replay, thought he actually got his head to it.

it's in. 1-0 Ghana. how the hell is Serbia losing when they have such good players?

Its slimmed down to only 4, Holland, Brazil, Spain, Germany.
Theres a scoop of ice cream in my brain , i wonder what flavour it is.

No Gyan got it 1-0 to Ghana now.

YES! Finally Ghana scores! Hopefully they can add another goal to this, or at least save this lead until Full Time.

He played for Hertha BSC (it's a club from Berlin). :P
Final score: Ghana 1, Serbia 0.
And it was very nearly 2-0.
Good game. Ghana actually couldn't find their way around Serbia's defence for the most part, so the penalty essentially by-passed all of that. Whether or not it was actually a penalty, I'm not sure. It looked like it here. Good work Ghana, played well. Unlucky Serbia, but I don't think they're down-and-out at all, if they can correct their attack build-up.
Serbia 0 - 1 Ghana
Not a bad match. Somehow it looked like Serbia played better with 10 players on the field and after the penalty they started to play very well all of a sudden. I wonder why they didn't go 100% in the beginning. They probably would've won if they did.
Anyway I'm hoping for lots of goals tonight at Germany - Australia. So far we haven't seen many which is too bad.

Oh I see. I knew it was some German sub-top club.
Germany is probably gonna play like this:
Goalkeeper: Neuer
Backs: Friedrich, Mertesacker, Lahm, Bastuber
Midfield: Khedira, Sweinsteiger, Özil
Front: Müller, Podolski, Klose
Strong defense, I must say. Mertesacker and Lahm are pretty tough to pass, so it will get close when it comes to defending. Sweinsteiger is probably gonna rule the midfield and will probably be the captain. He's gonna make it hard for Australia to pass. Front will probably depend on Podolski. Klose isn't that good anymore, so Podolski is responsible for scoring, I suppose. It's gonna be a pity for Australia. But I hope they win. Germany has won too much already.

I'm expecting at least 3 goals from Germany today, very strong offense as always and will probably try to go for air play.
My final prediction 3x1 for Germany. I'll root for Australia on this one though :D

Indeed, this is why I won't quote everyone anymore, otherwise I'd have to post twice every hour. :P

And Jabulani makes it's second victim. I guess the contested ball is starting to get angry towards the goalies. :P
_____________
Germany vs. Australia has just begun. This should be an interesting match, as Australia has almost scored the first goal...
I think it will be 1-0 Germany...
Whoa, Australia got kinda dangerous there 3 minutes in.
LUKAS PODOLSKI!!!
Nice shot. The goalie almost had it, but it was really fast. 1-0 Germany!!
Nice goal right there. I think it's a pretty interesting match already, better than most so far.I hope to see more goals.
Also, I'm waiting for some german player to try to kill Boateng in the match against Ghana, that bitch totally deserves it.

Looking for people who plays Fifa 08 :(
Woohoo 1-0 Germany!
Hope to see a lot more goals from the German team. It's about time we get to see some fireworks, because the WC hasn't been too spectacular thus far if you ask me.

I'm not sure if the ball was to blame in this case. It seemed like poor goalkeeping to me. He dived forward rather than going to the corner and I thought one of the most important things for a goalie was to always get your body behind the ball.
Germany all the way! I have my hat and shirt on, this is gonna be a great game!
FUCK YEAH, KLOSE! Finally, he deserved it.
MIROSLAV KLOSE!!! Onwards to become the greatest scorer in World Cups of all time!
And, of course, a header. He lost a really easy one a little earlier, but has redeemed himself now. 2-0 Germany!

Indeed. I think the Germans don't like it that much. :P

Indeed, Green's one might have had a little help from the ball, but this one was just a plain mistake from the goalie...
Oh. Shit. It seems I had written off the German's far too early based on their relatively poor showings in recent years and the loss of their captain, not to mention a built in dislike of all things German. Easily the best 45 minutes I've seen from any team so far this tournament- I'd be surprised if they didn't get 4 or 5 from here.
Aussies have bigger games to come- they're points need to come from the other two sides, the Germans are going to walk this group playing like this, and it will take a hell of a team to stop them in the later rounds.

Germany's winning, didn't see that coming.
/sarcasm
But honestly Germany is looking very good I'll bet money on them making it to the top 4 teams, at least.
Also even though I'm not a fan of South Korea I'm sure they're going to make it pretty far also.
He totally deserved that card in my opinion.
Australia are giving it their best from the looks of things, Germany are just the better team.
