Yeah it's alright to statwhore, everyone does it on some part of the site but don't rush these things. Good quality icons are better than rushed pieces of work to try and compete. These things will take years of work, I've been doing it since 2007 so there's no need to rush.

If anyone needs help with going through a certain artist, I won't mind helping you out depending on my status. Speaking of artists, is it me or am I unable to view the flash icon pages for users with many flashes such as the Star Syndicate?

Updates made to the mod tools:

1) The flashicons list now lets you click the title of the submission to access the submission directly.

2) If you click the edit link from the flashicons page and submit an icon, it will return you to the flashicons page after submitting the icon.

3) If a submission has an icon, it will say "edit icon" in red text and if it doesn't have an icon, it will say "add icon" in red text on the view page. This can be a quick reference for whether or not one should be made.

Read the first post in this thread if you want to join the icon mod crew (as I just did). Basically, just make a bunch of icons and then send a PM to Tom with links to them.

Maybe we should keep a list like that on a news post ...so it can be updated with additions, and links removed when they're done... just until tom starts doling out the lists (if that's still the plan). We could even make a communal account (similar to art101) so a bunch of people could get to it and keep it up to date.

Giving everyone access might lead to problems.
