Don't refer to the weird looking GIF. Refer to the higher quality.
Well..... it's, errr, better than everything else you've posted in the art forum in the past.....

errrrr was this done in paint?
if it was, and im positive it is, shame on you
NEVER USE PAINT >:(
bad Girly789, very bad Girly
and btw....
yes i looked at the better pic, but.... there are many spots you could improve
1. the background. wayyyy too plain, and frankly, the sun is a lopsided circle... more effort could be contributed to this, like clouds and more details and smaller tree trunks
2. ummmm the hair. theres the 2 white dots on the right (our left) side of his/her head. im pretty sure this is suppposed to be glare, but usually, glare is facing the sun, which again, i must point out is lopsided :P
3. the eyes are asymetrical and so are the pupils. just make some ovals and make them even! (especially since you are using paint >:( that goes for your sun as well)
my overall opinion: i would give this a 4/10 if even. paint is bad bad bad unless you are some secret undiscovered god. put more thinking and planning into your work, and never, ever use paint.
Ever.
unless, as i said above, you are a god of some sort.
if you are, then carry on.
but the again, if you are, your art would be amazing.
and hate to break it to you. it isnt.
yet.

OOH its like the ninja thread all over again; youre a legend you are!
Anyways, its heaps better than whatever you posted before; but I suggest you get yourself a decent art program
Thank you for the advice.
This one is hand-drawn. And in case you haven't noticed, yes, I have an indecent art program which I can use like a miracle, and a scanner that rapes colour.

Ovals...you mean effortless pieces of easy-to-do crappy art that you can do in a wizz? No. I like effort on my art. Plus paint is a miracle if you know what to use it for.

Yes. I too use paint in artistic ways.
Girly789, you should put more effort in. It's very good, but...glare DOES usually face the sun.

Your drawing seems too messy. So you need to practice more until you can draw lines more smoothly. Try drawing a face using a reference and draw it several times, and each time try using different strokes. Like draw it once quite quickly and sketchily, then do it with single lines that are very smooth, then draw it again with points and not as many curves, and try and think of as many different ways that you can draw it.
This is an improved version of the original.
Clouds? Shorter tree trunks? Worthy sun? Yes.

I wouldn't say improved, it's just a different version. The only part that shows some artistic skill is the person. Your not going to be able to make a whole scene with paint so get a decent art program > FREE ART PROGRAMS.
Search trees on google and examine how a tree is structured, put more effort and time into it and try and think about what you draw and how it looks like in real life.

It's a decent art program if you know how to use it.
This is Sonia Strumm from Mega Man Star Force:
This one is Geo Stelar.
I don't plan on colouring it any time soon.
Trace? Bah. Never.
Of course, I used the pics for reference.
Nothing wrong with that.
The Mew Mews.
In order:
Ichigo - Mint - Lettuce - Pudding
The quality is far too exact, even for a copy, compared to your other stuff, its a trace.
I'd even go as far as to say you put it through a filter.

I agree.
Who puts up work they themselves didn't even do and expect people to believe them?
That is a big insult on my intelligence, get a life you loser.
The biggest shame here is that you're blatantly trying to copy a style that I still wouldn't respect too much. Freakishly shojo anime style with massive eyes is not not artistic, and trying to pass it off as yours despite the quality of the work previously here is laughable.

Look at her art gallery. MS paint, with comments like "I took 8 days, DO NOT STEAL".
So yes.
Amazing artwork
10/10
When I grow up, I hope I too can attain such incredible artistic prowess.
No mate, no.
Does this look familiar? Yeah, the photocopy filter in gimp is neat ain't it? Get some originality. P.S. Sorry for this google image I edited in Gimp. I was trying to figure out what she did and prove a point. I have no ownership over this pic, and girly neither do you.

I actually did this myself in photoshop and got the very same result
so basically, shes just using threshold or a filter on pictures, come on, thats worse than tracing, next image, and i better not be able to find it on google

Not bad for MS Paint. I recommended you. It's very colorful and vibrant. I'd say it needs more detail, but I need to work on that kinda thing myself actually.
