Uh.. yeah. The minigun will slow you down and probably have a long reload time. The crossbow will be hard to hit with, and the only way you will do really well with it is if you get a direct hit. So, yes, those weapons are pretty balanced.

As for the perks, they are probably the most balanced they have been in a Call of Duty game. The Killstreaks don't seem to overpowering as well, and I'm glad there's nothing over 11 kills.

the minigun can only be obtained by a care package or in sharp shooter wager match. And the crossbow is underpowered, if you've seen any of the game play videos they are pretty hard to hit people with and the explosions aren't as powerful in this game anymore. The crossbow are more like projectile launched semtex's and you get like 4 of them.

I love the fact you can change the icon on your crosshair when you aim down the sight of your gun! Killcams are actually going to be interesting to watch now :)

I am quite excited for this game but at the same time pretty wary. I remember being hyped up for MW2 and that didn't turn out so well in the end.

Unlike MW2, they're not really hyping the hell out of this one. All we got to see is one trailer, some snapshots, and no commericals yet. They did a similar thing with WaW with the same developers, and that turned out good for them, IMO.

The one multi-player mode I'm looking foward to the most is One in the Chamber, it would look cool to see gun toting noobs actully use some strategy instead of just spamming grenades and firing every 2 seconds.

That's not even worth it. I'd keep CoD 4 rather than turn it into 5% of what you'd need to buy Black Ops.

Dont you mean the other way around? We've had the full Multiplayer reval, About 4 Trailers, New news about it realesed every other day (Or 4-5 days sometimes) and a whole website about the secrets (Like zombies).

I sort of planned on getting this game anyway, but now I really want it. Having a look through some of the videos, it looks quite a bit different to the previous games and it has some interesting features. I'm still not too sure what I make of the RC car. It looks like it could get really annoying if you're on the receiving end.

I originally planned to get this is a Christmas gift or something, thinking I'd have no money, but so far this year of university hasn't cost me much at all. I found ways of saving money at pretty much everything, so buying on release is looking probable.

Fucking terrific, the same piece of shit, no skill, overpowered, overused crap I've had to deal with for far too many CoD games. Assualt Rifles in general are easy as hell to use, but this one takes the cake man. Barely even a single hit marker...
