Anor Londo is where the game actually becomes hard, but beating it on NG+ getting all the weapons/sorceries is the real bitch.

I haven't given up, I'm just busy... I'm just... busy.

I think I might almost be done Old World Blues. It has added about 12 levels to my character and 10 or so hours to my playtime.

So Assassin's Creed 3 is pretty fun after the first 4 hours of boring crap. The multiplayer is still extremely unenjoyable.

Agreed. After that little mindfuck, the game really hits off. So far, I feel this is far and away the best AssCreed yet.
Haven't tried Multiplayer, but it's a shame to hear.

Also got lent Sleeping Dogs, which is actually kinda fun despite looking woefully generic.

Without a doubt my favourite in the series.

Halo 4 reviews have come out and they're ridiculously positive. Couldn't describe the excitement I have for Tuesday.

Finally finished off Borderlands 2's original achievements. Onto the DLC.

ACIII is sounding pretty appealing now. I'm sure I'll get it for Christmas or something, same as Borderlands 2.

I also am leaving my job on the 25th, so after that I guess I'll be back to always renting games from LoveFilm until I can find somewhere new.

So when the hell do you start playing as Connor in AC3 anyway? I've done the first 2 sequences but I really can't be arsed to continue playing, the game so far is more boring than Revelations was as a whole.

The game doesn't actually start until 4 hours in. Then the other 70% of the game mechanics begin to be introduced.

You still have until pretty much sequence 6 till the game opens up properly.

Picked up L.A. Noire and started playing it again since I never completed it. Only on the Vice Desk but I aim to at least finish the game, even if I get crap ratings on all the cases.

I think im just biding my time until Tuesday but it's still nice to go back and try finish an old game.

I also intended to wait till after xmas to buy AC3 but im not sure if I can live up to that.

So I finished Assassin's Creed III and now I've decided it is not the best in the series. Probably one of my least favourites now. Fuck.

Why? Now that I understand the mechanics, I've grown to really enjoy it quite a bit more now.

Though the constantly respawning enemies in some areas really piss me the fuck off, and running fucking EVERYWHERE can be tiring.

You should have a horse whistle to call a horse to wherever you are. There's also the fast travelling.

I posted this on x360a explaining why I don't like it when I beat it yesterday:

I feel like the gameplay mechanics were the best in this game, but there was a lot wrong with the rest of the game. I was expecting a masterpiece here and I didn't get one. It was fun and overall pretty good, but fuck, how did they screw up in so many places? The story was bland, the Desmond story ended poorly, Connor was a completely uninteresting and unlikeable character, the main story missions were absolutely retarded involving barely anything that made me feel like an assassin, and those mini games are some of the worst I've seen in a game. There's a lot of little things that bothered me, but overall I'm just overly disappointed.

Some new things I surprisingly really enjoyed were hunting and naval missions (at least at first).
