I spent most of the day playing through all of the origin stories in Dragon Age. Took longer than I expected. Ah well, on with the story.

So yeah, finished up Sherlock Holmes today. I have to be honest, there have been one or two puzzles that went way over my head up to the point where I had no idea how to tackle them. I am ashamed to admit, I used a walkthrough on those. I usually don't use walkthrough for games like that, but it got infuriating up to the point because it was just very unclear what the game asked of me.
Anyway, that makes for a quick 1000 GS, but I won't be getting anything until I get Brink in, I think.

Drums here. I know it's only Solid Difficulty, but that drum roll is a fucking killer, even though I only missed about two notes during it, and aced the part where it's 3 snares with alternating rides and crashes, I have no idea how though.

I'm finding it pretty enjoyable.
Controls feel different and it has a nice flow to it which I really love.
I'm really enjoying it, a nicely balanced and polished beta. There are certain things I still detest such as people who exclusively use the Gnasher and I now detest the Retro Lancers charge, to me it doesn't seem as if they are effected by bullets, I also believe that the time that you have to have been running to get the stab animation to trigger has to be increased. The only other thing I have to complain about is the Digger gun, it might have just been the games I was playing but a tonne of people just use it as a mini Boomshot.
Other than those little niggles I love it, and the ability to unlock things for the retail game is a brilliant idea.

Ribbons are what you earn during matches (stuff like capturing objectives, getting triple kills etc.) and provide small XP bonuses at the end of a match.
You earn medals from completing challenges throughout your playing career, and each challenge is split up into 5 (I think) stars. For example, 25 Gnasher kills = 1 star/level, 100 Gnasher kills = 2 stars and so on. Once you unlock 1 star on any medal, you can then use that medal as a title and icon for your profile. They also provide big XP bonuses at the end of the match.

Also, I'm but one rank off of an achievement in BF:BC2, might go for that too.

So earning all the medals and ribbons sounds like it will be a fucking pain in the arse which combined with getting to level 100 is going to make Seriously 3.0 another horrible achievement. Great...
Worms 2 DLC is pretty badass. I played through all 30 matches but sadly they weren't as challenging or varied as the 20 campaign levels from the original game.

You mean a gauss rifle that takes forever to charge, you are pretty much guaranteed a kill with 3 shots, a charge time and the inability to move... it's pretty shit if your team is incompetent, even if they aren't you still have to hope the enemy team isn't smart enough to move when your charging up a shot.
