I've uploaded a new version (2.0) of my little GamerScores program here. Now it's a lot more powerful, and can automatically generate your leaderboard posts for you (I based the post format off of the last three listings I found in this thread). To start using the program, click the Import Previous CSV button to load up your list of users. I've created a CSV file for the last listing you posted (with Matt's new Gamertag) and uploaded it here; I recommend using that file to start with.

Once you load a file, the results from the previous run are shown in the list. You can click on column headers to sort if you like. Notice that the Cur Rank, Cur Points, and Point Chg columns are initially empty; to get this information, click the Start Processing button. The status bar will show a progress meter as the Gamercards are downloaded. If all goes well, you'll get a box that says "Success"; otherwise, you'll get a box telling you which users had invalid Gamertags. Additionally, these users will appear in red on the list. I'll tell you how to fix those later in this post.

Now that you've gotten the new Gamerscore info, click the Copy NG Post button to create the listing post for use on NG. You'll get a dialog that lets you customize how the post will look; the default settings will generate your current posts, but you can change them in the future (these settings will be remembered on your computer, too!). Once you're happy with the settings, click OK and the NG post will be copied to your clipboard. Note that invalid users (the ones in red) will not appear in this copied post.

When you're all done, you'll need to click the Export CSV to save the new scores for next time you run the listing. I recommend saving on top of the CSV file you used before, so you don't get confused. This way, next time you start up the program and import your CSV file, it'll be ready to show the differences between the last run and the present run! Note that if you Export with invalid users in your list, their Gamerscores might be reset to 0, so make sure you fix those invalid entries before Exporting!

You can change the users in your list by using the Add New User, Edit User, and Delete User buttons. These buttons work in a pretty straightforward manner; you can also double-click on a user in the list to edit them.

the csv you gave us was wrong. Like, crazy wrong. Like, it listed at least twelve people as having negative gamerscore change... you just gave us buggy numbers in the csv :p

If you sort points changed a couple of times it goes into alphabetical sort rather than numerical, and also ignores minus signs (although this shouldn't be a prob with proper starting data) (

Nah it's not, the original csv is at fault. It's because Phrozonfire is absolutely retarded and his update should be ignored by everyone (but of course shitkit wasn't to know that).

That's not right, I've checked that and people who didn't change rank show a negative score. Isn't the CSV based on the leaderboard that went wrong a couple of pages back? There's a correct leaderboard on page 240 if you feel like correcting the CSV, Leo. Otherwise, I will get to it tomorrow.

Actually, I looked, and it appears that the last hand-made listing was bugged up. For example, I noticed one in particular: Eviljesus (#55) and Wafflecake12 (#56). On hand-made listing, they had 20783 and 20728 points, respectively. However, their current numbers are 20728 and 20793, respectively. This looks like their scores were accidentally swapped in the hand-made listing. I have a feeling this is probably what happened to all of these "negative" situations, and they should clear up once you've run a couple of computer-made listings.

Yeah, my bad, I copied a lot of the code for the list control from another project I'm working on, and it tries to figure out the sorting type on its own, and it looks like it bugged it up a bit. I've posted version 2.0.1 with a fix for that problem (along with a smaller filesize and better cancel button handling) here.

I guess I'll update my Xbox LIVE and Gamerscore when I next can because I'm about to be taken over (provided that update is correct), plus it's been a while so if it goes much longer it'll fuck up the WOTW, even though I got all of the Gamerscore in about 4 days.

Also finally finished Unreal Tournament 3. Good game but it takes way longer to get all the achievements than it needs to so it just stops being any kind of fun.

When I 'rebooted' the board I deleted a bunch of inactive people, you were one of them, and even though you annoy me on such unfathomable levels I guess I can't exclude you from the leaderboard cause that'd make me look like a massive cunt.
