As we are all aware, The All Time Top 50 section in the Flash Portal is extremely subjective. It's more like the Top 50 Of The Last Few Months. So I wanted to find a way to track down the most influential flashes of all time, and make an archive of them. The way I've done this is by making a list of every flash that has won all three gold medals: Daily Feature, Weekly Users' Choice, and Review Crew Pick. These flashes during their time, were all ground breakers. Each one here set a new standard as to where a flash could go. Flash animation on Newgrounds is what it is today because of the flashes listed here.
There's a total of 110 flashes out of the 518,000 plus that were in the portal when I checked a moment ago. That should give you an idea of how hard it is for a flash to achieve an Award Sweep. As of right now, James Farr has reached this achievement the most times with 6, followed by Adam Phillips with 4. Tom Fulp hasn't achieved this since mid-2002. :P I'd like to thank Rhete, citricsquid, and reverendfor their help in getting this list together accurately. The years are there as headers, and the flashes placed under them are in order by date. This whole list is in order from 1st to achieve to the 110th. I hope you enjoy. :)
Thanks again everybody, and I hope you enjoy.
OMFG Red Riding Hood is in here!!! I COMPLETELY forgot about that flash. I started watching it and I was like this loading screen looks familiar..... Then I was like HOLY SHIT. It's Red Riding Hood. Haha. That shit was like Tarboy when it came out. So amazing. And thanks for the positive feedback guys. :)
Very very well done here Mich! You should be proud of yourself. This is a decent list. I might have to go through and review them all....In the next course of 2 years. Hehe.
Good job my friend ;)
amazing list man... i'm pretty sure you will have to add more to the 2009 one, we still have some time to go, and it really think we can wait for something awesome
btw, I'm curious, how often are you planing to update the list?
(when another one get it, like once or twice a month? or each month? or each 6 moths?)
Nice little list you compiled there, thanks for doing all the hard work on that. Not sure how you are planning to update it though. Posting all the links again whenever a new flash qualifies seems a bit much to me. Maybe once a month updates?
once a month sound cool...
but probably, each time there is a new 'Award Sweeper' there will always some trying to post here first who is the new Flash that got it...
so, let see who post today's new Sweeper...
I'll probaly only do full scale updates once every three months or so seeing as the list isn't going to be moving very quickly. Every time a new one shows up, just post it in the thread, and I'll add them to the full scale list once there's 3 or 4 new ones to add.
It's great that you've taken the initiative to make a great list like this, and great is exactly how it's turned out. I've had a quick search across the portal for Flashes that haven't been mentioned in either your original post or responses, and I can't find anything now. It's amazing that you've been able to find all of these sweepers. I'm going to have another few minutes searching and if I find anything I'll get back to you.
Thanks a lot.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I went through every weekly winner of all time and checked to see if they had also won daily feature and review crew pick, so the list should be pretty much immaculate. I'll make a full scale update when the thread moves to the second page to try and work it like the screenshot archive with updates at the top of every page. Enjoy. :)
chluaid (Bitey) has 5. Out of 11 submissions. And he came really close on littlefoot.
Deploy the... it's a yellow button... it's usually flashing... it makes the engines go... whoosh!
Please help fund my horror novel. I'll love you forever.

If you were trying to correct me, I made this thread in November of 09. The last of the dashkin didn't come out til December. He only had 4 then. And thanks to everyone who has pitched in with the winners over the last few months, especially you Rhete. I really appreciate it. I'm gonna double check when I do the updates, but you guys are definitely helping me out a lot.
The way I'm going to do the update is when the 30th post gets made in here, I'll post a full scale list at the top of the second page. Hopefully we won't have problems with posts getting deleted on earlier pages like the screenshot archive. I should be able to make the update almost immediately, but if not and there happens to be a new award sweeping flash, just don't worry about posting it. I'll sort it all out on the update. Thanks for the feedback again you guys and enjoy!
PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE 3RD POST BEFORE POSTING!
As of this update, there are currently 120 Award Sweeping Flashes among 533,649 flashes. I'd like to once again thank everyone who has helped post the flashes achieving sweeps as they happen. I double-checked, but you guys got every one of them since this thread came into being. There have been 10 additions since the last update. I've decided it would be a fun idea to keep a tab on the animators who have contributed to this list over the years, so here are all the users who have achieved an awards sweep multiple times. Congratulations to Krinkels, chluaid, and Explosm for moving up in these rankings since the last update, and TmsT, and JAZZA for joining the list.

If you notice anything wrong with any of the above links, or any of the links to flashes, or if you think I've missed anything at all, please let me know, but don't be a dick about it or I'll hunt you down. This shit took a lot of work. :p Anyways, on to the update.
