Kind-of sort-of. You need someone (a mod) to approve your submission. Problem is, there has been such an influx of new audio artists that it can take up to two weeks for your audio to be approved. If you feel like it's taking forever for your audio to approve take a look at the "Awaiting Audio Approval?" topic.

Simple answer is...wait!
Took 2 weeks before I was off and running, but once you have that first hurdle over with all uploads are instantly out there for all to see.
