oh.... its just this sort of stuff pisses me off..... no attempts at creativity, you even went as far as to copy Naruto! My asshole meter just skyrockets when I see something like that.
I used to be in your situation though, stuck in a rut drawing shitty anime, wondering why I couldn't make it look like how those dang Japanese people did it. Anyway I kept trying, and trying and trying, and I got halfway decent at it.....
I realize, now, that all the energy I put into developing this skill would have been much better spent going into actually investing myself in it. Invest yourself and your thoughts into your creation and you will begin seeing how juvenile those old cartoons you tried to imitate were.
But hey, you probably just like sketching anime, more power to you!

ummmm lets say the boobs are comically huge....? :P
but as for the shoulder:
what i did wrong wasnt really the shoulder; it was the head. i shifted it over in paint and noticed the obvious mistake: its wayyyyyyyyyyyy too far to the left.
if im going to submit this to the art portal (which i think i will) im gonna fix that; but right now its only for the battle royale, and my introductory pic being slightly unproportionate wont be the end of the world :P

make sure to put lance behind robot n horse plus go fix up the hand and fingers a little (broom stick could help out with the way u could hold the lance) :3

This is a great improvement kakashi! That tablet definitely helped you to improve. Although there are some things on it that needs more cleaning up, it's still quite a improvement.

well... I don't know about the legs but the first glaring thing is the Shoulders. Actually I'm feeling off about the entire upper torso, it doesn't match the lower half. Probably reworking it would help.
I like the hands, but on the (his) left one I think the palm is extended a little far so you might want to bring them in a little.
the knees are a little off as well. For some reason the thy doesn't connect well with the lower leg. Don't feel too bad though, I run to this issue a lot myself.
Lastly, I'm liking the flame work so far.
I have taken the liberty of marking problems and things I like, I hope you don't mind.
