Read the wikipedia page on relative time travel, I can't be bothered to rewrite it all here. Basically it is widely thought that time travel WILL be possible, but it will be impossible to change the future. IMPOSSIBLE. Therefor it would be incredibly limited to where you could physically travel TO.
