There should be more contrast in the face/torso/left arm (everything except her right arm).
her face seems a bit to big and square.
also: the picture quality is really bad (as you probably know), this makes it a lot harder to judge the drawing.

the face needs alot more detail, well... in fact, im not going to give you any crit untill i see the finished product... i cant judge it purely on that picture... need to show us your finished version so we can show you where to improve... but at the moment its not a bad start... everything looks in proporsion..
