Absolutely none. While the ideals of a country's government may be authoritarian or threatening to the peace of others, the citizens of the country should not have to suffer for their misguided leaders' mistakes.
Take Hiroshima for example. While Japan has destroyed many lives in China, many innocent people suffered from the atomic bomb, crushed underneath their own homes while a fire began to spread. On top of that, disease ran rampant. The radiation caused nausea, swellings, pus... all sorts of disgusting things. You never knew if you would die the next day or not... simply terrifying. On top of that, the survivors still suffer from some of the radiation-related ailments today. Sure, it ended the war, making it a worthwhile decision, but it should not be repeated as too many people suffered a tramatic fate. Destroying a whole country out of spite is even worse.
You aren't solve a problem with a country by destroying it... Even if they're madmen making nuclear weapons or hiding terrorists, you're being just as bad by destroying it all, the innocent along with the guilty.
