Encarta pwned me

As some may know the Encarta Instant Answers msn bot ([e-mail]) (might need msn8, i dunno) can answer may questions its asked. However it usually directs to encarta's website, which often requires subscription. While trying to find out the specific heat capacity of stainless steel for physics (anyone know what it is in J kg^-1 K^-1) things turned ugly:
