Six seconds. The Ozenus Civilization froze time just six seconds before the entire universe were to collapse in on itself and eventually restart with a new big bang. Their sophisticated watches and complex technologies were the only things keeping them from being isolated in place just like the rest of the cosmos.

But during this eternity of stationary existence, Ozenus continued to develop. They grew from being simple galactic conquerors to the saviors of the universe. They made it their mission to consistently go back in time and perfect history, eliminating any mistakes that were made in their timeline. The Council of the Clock led these missions, and with the help of their strongest warriors and brightest minds, Ozenus found success in preventing wars, slaying evil leaders, and even bringing back deceased star systems and galaxies.

A threat stands in their way however. Another civilization of unknown nature and origin has discovered Ozenus and the Council, and they hope to finish what the universe was in the process of doing. They claim that "the natural order has been tampered with" and "they'll come if we don't do something". But The Council of the Clock has made it very clear that they have no intention of stopping any time soon. They believe that being the heroes of a perfect universe will give them the key to the multiverse, and maybe even the omniverse itself. But the council still can't help but ponder the question that's been lingering in their minds since very the beginning of the end: What if they're wrong?
