Hello Enderman3092,
I think this piece is really well done, almost perfect, just the melody seems certains time not structured enough, but that give an originality also.

This is my submission for the Newgrounds VideoGame Music Challenge. My decision was "Virtual Bond".
.
I honestly don't know where to start; I had to render this about 5 times because I always ended up finding some errors and polishing some little details, hope everything is fine now.
This is also my biggest project to date, I have never tried so hard for this kind of thing and that makes me feel very excited (although being such a big project it was more difficult to fix some details and my crappy pc didn't help much either ).
.
Anyway, I tried to make this track feel happy and exciting at the same time (with a slight hint of melancholy), I don't know if I succeeded, but I'm still happy with it; This is supposed to be divided into parts, an introduction, the first part of the fight, the second part of the fight and the ending; I tried to play with the scale a bit by making parts with a minor scale and others with a major scale; I hope this fits the theme well because honestly, I'm not sure if it does.
.
One more thing, I'm very happy that I decided to participate in this challenge, at first I was not sure, but I see that it was a good thing after all because it helped me to improve myself.

Newgrounds VGM Challenge - Virtual Bond: Review
The instruments you chose for this track remind me of Dimrain and Nighthawk; very clever choice, since their pieces are a good inspiration for my challenge.
Even if the first few seconds are quite strange, 0:28 manages to build up the pace effectively; good interpretation of a moment of tension and harsh heroes-monster clash, which keeps going for the first 2 minutes and a half or so.
What the first part lacks the most is atmosphere, it feels very dry; however, 2:43 and 3:17 fix that downside greatly. Strings are top notch, and they relate the most with what i was looking for. The piece evolves properly as well, to the point that i can picture the scene i had described in the prompt's introduction.
The only big downfall of this piece is the FL Slayer vst; a sequenced arpeggio could have worked better or, if you wanted to keep the guitar, you could have put a sidechain on it, so it wouldn't cover too much the other instruments.
Even if this track is, in my opinion, a bit too long and repetitive, and with some downsides here and there, it's a good piece, and it respects my prompt in a very good way.
Thanks for participating!
