The sea murmurs softly, the sun barely appears over the horizon, and the last crickets crackle in the jungle. You slowly inhale this tropical air and sink into this peace. Your soul will become one with your environment. You throw all your thoughts out of your head, calmly inhale and exhale the air, look at the horizon line. World around you.
