This is from the OST for Squid Savings. You can play Squid Savings on Newgrounds here. The cover art includes a sprite from the game which was modified from an art kit by frecklebars.

Since Squid Savings was originally made for a non-continuous 24 hour game jam, I had to scramble to write everything in the last 3 hours or so. I'm surprised the game even has music tbh.
