FR :

When you live in a society that seeks to define behaviours and norms, and you can't even conform to a definition, it can take a long time before you realize it. A long time usually filled with guilt. Before I realized that I was neuroatypic, I thought that everyone had as much difficulty as I did in achieving certain socially accepted things, but that I had more difficulty than others in overcoming my difficulties, that I wasn't trying hard enough. So I blamed myself. I felt stupid, useless, and lazy. But when I discovered my neuroatypicity, when I discovered that it wasn't all my fault, I was relieved. I hadn't changed, but I was relieved. What could be more appropriate, for a first track on an album that deals with the problems of differences, than music composed in honour of my own discovery of myself? For me it was a real opening towards a better well-being. But also the realisation that I will be, like many deconstructed or simply 'different' people, the target of a violent, trivialised and ordinary hatred.
