Psalm 51:17 says, "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise"

I want to have a broken heart for the things that make God sad. I want to have a broken heart for the people God loves, those who have accepted His Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth as saviour and those who haven't. God loves everyone and He wants everyone to be saved, He also desires that no man should perish, but He gives us the freedom to choose from either the death that you are already doomed to die or to take up your cross, follow Jesus and be given abundant, eternal life.

I don't want to have a heart that is hardened against God and His Spirit or His people or the lost. My God is in the business of mending broken hearts and I pray that He would break any hardness in my heart and make me soft hearted.

I made this song 5 years ago and still haven't recorded any vocals or finished any draft of lyrics, so for now I'm just putting it up here as an instrumental.
