Might seem like a water area, might want to be a little quieter, though, maybe not 100% 8-bit? I think water areas should not have that much 8-bit in them, more quiet, ambient music (in my opinion). It seems good that it has the background-like 8-bit part, but not the direct, loud, right-in-your-face loud 8-bit main melody.

A song made for a game I was making back in 2016, but never
finished. This was for an underwater area.
