The beginning is okay you have a decent ambient, background sound the lead is definitely not good I think you can maybe layer it with other leads or just do a whole new sound design and melody, it's not being side chained either so it makes the track messy, especially the drop, bringing back the synth lead into the drop makes it sound really bad since it doesn't seem to mix with the drop, the chords come back in the drop which makes it more messy, you also brought the background sounds right after the pre drop vocal taking away the tension that was built. The sound design for the growls and wubs in the drop are pretty good, i think with good arrangement the drop would sound good with them

Even tho it's not a classic melodic dubstep, I would still qualify it as a melodic dubstep ;)

What you could do is layer some more stuff for your lead to strenghten it and maybe add some ambiences or atmospheres to fill up the frequencies (for example from Cymatics)
