Loving the vibe in this one. It has a good rhythm which plays off the bass too, feeding into that sense of groove. Good choice of instruments, you achieved the atmosphere you were aiming for.
You still need to work on cleaning up the mix, try setting your master bus to mono and then fix the EQ that way.

I LOVE the Sega Genesis boss vibes. And you really captured the elegant, yet sinister personality of the creature. The the higher notes sprinkled on top of the haunting midi choir at the beginning is perfect. Can't help but imagine an epic boss fight to this music!

Ever evolving I see. Wow! Congrats on the front-pageruuuu de sei. Mixwork is decent enough. The retro instruments work perfect for the theme. That bass is sick. Though if it's for a game, you might want to consider lowering it and reducing the 125 hz area so it doesn't hog all the space. Super sexy otherwise. And yea, I hear some Metroid vibes too!
