Wish I heard this song when it first came out. It sounds like something we all need right now.
EDIT 30.04.2021: Now with its own music video!

(a.k.a. the song that went to Rome and back)
Hey everyone, I have returned with a very personal piece of music. This is also my first published piece in recent times to have been done with a MIDI keyboard, the newest arrival to my arsenal and a gift from my beloved Seán. Soundfonts and software defaults and vocals as usual. I channelled my inner pianist and organist for the making of this track.
There are plenty of lyrics, so I figured I'd write a GDoc containing them, link below:

This song is absolutely stunning. You're able to build a tenderness that is soft yet incredibly powerful. The vocal performances are hauntingly beautiful and the whole song feels like a spiritual service taking place during the apocalypse. I really love the tension that builds and releases, starting from a nice piano melody until eventually it all crescendos together with organs and what sounds like a choir of angels in a desperate plea for help to heal the world. To put it simply, this was great and i am incredibly jealous of your talent :P
My only minor nitpick would be from about 4:00 - 5:30 the mix sounds a little "crunchy" in parts with a bit of distortion like the levels are clipping a bit. Just a nitpick though, i think the overall mix is great. especially the vocals and background vocals sit nice with together. With that being said i think you did great work on this one, keep it up!
The composition is very good. The vocals sound good but pronunciation could use a bit of work, it's very hard to actually understand what you are saying. It definitely sounds like something that could be released commercially, although not something that could play on the radio. Overall I think it's very good!
You see, now that's what I call missing the point entirely. 👀 Others gleaned the purpose from what little beauty they could hear in this piece.
No, it's not going to be "commercial" in the strict sense of the word, because it's a song of prayer, and one very much influenced by English tradition at that.
What did I just listen to? A choir of actual angels?
The vocals and instrumentals match so perfectly together. I mean, I don't know what to say other than it's extremely beautiful and I highly, highly, recommend anyone who hasn't listened to this to do so.
Well done Troisnyx. That was a wonderful performance, and the production is actually cool as well!
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
