Spirits of Ancient Giants

Author Comments

After one week of non-stop working I can finally release this.

I'm honestly so surprised of what I've accomplished and I love this song with every fiber of my heart (and I hope you too ^^)

This is, in part, dedicated to everyone in this world who needs to be stronger than ever during tough or stressful times. Hope you can win enough courage to overcome your insecurities, critical or stressful situations, problems, etc., because nobody warned us of what life would be, so we just gotta stay strong.

Hope you enjoy this orchestral piece and see you next song! ^^

P.D.: If you want, you can offer feedback for improvement (composition, mixing... anything). It is always welcome :)

Freakin beautiful. Loved the horns at the 1:30 section especially. Biggest thing I noticed was that the 3:44 section had frequencies that clashed in the low end. It sounded like the low strings and the drums were competing with each other in those low ranges. There's a lot of emotion in this song though. Well done

I love how this has an almost spirit like vibe, as though spirits are present in the midst of the adventure and journey. It tells an engaging story and I get lots of pictures in my head listening to it, so good job!

My only complaint is that sometimes it sounds a little muddy, and I think that just may be due to excessive reverb.

this song makes me go yes

Outstanding composition! The movements and sections are different enough to make it interesting, but the transitions are very smooth.
For the most part, the mixing was on point, but your brass maybe could have used some/better EQ, as the mids in it kinda blair a bit (around the 500Hz mark, possibly). You might also want to look into a better reverb plugin, because that harp at the end was...muddy? Those are the only criticisms I have.
