So the trick to synth wave is to play a Maj7 chord progression and contrast it with a minor scale contained in the major progression to make make it moody.

Just fixed up some stuff and added elements to the synthwave song I already posted. Hope people enjoy and give feedback. I like to hear critiques of my stuff, because it helps me make better songs.

If I knew what that meant I would definitely try it out. But I have no idea waht a maj7 chord progression is. I do know what a minor scale is though. PM me if you want to explain.
