UPDATE

So I uploaded a new version of Dreaming of Miracles for two reasons:

1 - I was going to go back to all my songs and fine-tune the sound balance

2 - I wasn't quite satisfied with the improv section/other half of the song, so I just resorted to a variation of the original melody

Ok, so if this isn't the cheesiest song I've ever made, I don't know what is...

That being said, I made the tune with the scenario of coming back from a long trip. You know, like when you were a kid sitting in the back seat of your parent's car and you were on the highway. There were a few other cars on the road, and the lights overhead illuminated the path as you looked out the window into a dark, open sky. Yeah, that.

This song was also heavily inspired by Pat Metheny's "Last Train Home," as evidenced by the continuous hat-heavy percussion, as well as the intro to the rhodes on the first A in the second head. BTW, AABA form.

As always, constructive criticism is appreciated and advised.
