I was working on this for a while, but without a real direction - I just liked it. I just wanted to work on music again. I had finished 'It's never too late to love yourself' and had stepped away for a while but I found inspiration once again.

I had been working on visual art, primarily, and my latest piece (http://anchorwind.net/2/learn-alone-series-561/) has the caption:

why do we hold on to this pain
what else do we need to learn
it is ok to let yesterday be yesterday
have healing be today
and health be tomorrow

I let those thoughts carry over into the music, the idea of putting down something no longer required and moving on into a better future.
