Originally a flat trumpet solo inspired by Shinonome Nano's trumpet solo in Nichijou and Skull Trumpet of spookween fame. Alcohol got involved and it went from a 10 second loop to a short BGM. Some 80s arcade and earthbound influences eventually seeped in, resulting in this mishmash.
It's not exactly professional quality, but I had fun making this.
Tools used: Tone generation, Audacity for noise cleanup and effects, sheet keyboarded with the power of alcohol and Anvil Studio.
This is awesome. :) Really puts on a smile on my face so it must be doin' something right! Even if it's kinda hard to pinpoint a particular melody or main theme in the mix.
