Performances by Mark and Jon Babb. This is for somebody who is really close to me.

Very simple song, but hell, I love it. The simple idea coincides very easily with I say. Wish you still worked on more vocal stuff like this.

I would hear this play on the radio

I mean that, it sounds so convincing. I could totally see myself tuning the radio in the car and hearing this. 8D Mark and Jon are very talented singers! Kudos to them! =)

Honestly this is a new turn for me when I listen to your music. But you are Bosa, and you do what you do; and you do your work well 8D
Looking forward to future work!

Nice, and very calming...

Nice song, great instrumentation, and I like the lyrics. The vocals sounded a little flat, but it still had a very nice sound. I know it's not easy to make a song, so you have my props. It makes me a little sleepy, but that's fine... *yawn* Lol. I'm not implying the song is boring, it's just very calming. Nice song, I hope to see more. Oh, and you sound like you don't hit those high note real well, so you might try a little deeper sound next time. I bet you would be good as a bass.

Bosa responds:

I am bass. Thanks for the tips, though. They are greatly appreciated.

pretty nice

hmm MaestroRage might have a point. mainly this song is pretty good i think; but i think it's misclassified. This song should be under Misc or something, because its not R&B.

That being said, it's actually a really nice song. and acoustic/pop style with nothing spectacular springing to mind. Nevertheless it still swirls around in your head and makes it sound really good.

keep them comin, maybe include an electric guitar solo in there (but its all just suggestions).

A great song, though a bit standard.

Why do these live voice recording songs never get any reviews. This is the third song i've found today that use live voices that have no reviews. it's ridiculous as live recording is far more difficult then electronically producing.

In any case, lets get onto the review.

These friends of yours are incredible, I really like how the voice flows, and the voice is quite crisp. There is... something thats off with the song though. Maybe I am wrong, because I don't listen to nearly as much of this genre as I should, but around 1:21-1:34 seems a bit off...

could be me, i'm just saying.

But leaving that aside the lyrics are a tad standard, there weren't sentences that really made me nod my head and really let it sink in. I am a firm believer that lyrics are not merely words and a story that flows melodically with the song, but invoking, powerful lyrics can make or break the career of any musician. With thousands of musicians going into the business every year, you have to make damn sure the tools you use are over the standard.

All in all, it was an enjoyable song Bosa, but it was quite standard. I have heard many songs like this before. Still, I have to give you props, the song is produced in a great way, professional style.

Keep up the good fight and keep em coming!
