Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of April we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 61 people to reach our goal of 3,000 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in May!

This song has been just a concept for quite sometime, it was just a reminder on a post it note that just said "time" so I made a song about going back in time to a much simpler type of music. The entire song is guided by the ticking of a clock at 110 BPM occasionally speeding up or slowing down to fit the proper intensity level all leading up to the chime of a grandfather clock to signify the shift from regular instruments to 8 Bit music where the song replays as if "time was reset" (I totally didnt just think of that on the fly) until the clock chimes again and the 2 different styles converge for one last hurrah. This is my longest song at 4 1/2 minutes and the project file was GIGANTIC. My computer basically tried to kill itself. This is DEFINITELY my most ambitious song to date.

Happy Listening!

Absolutely in love with this song!! I just discovered this music genre and so far this is the track I have enjoyed the most! I love the concept behind it as well, it definitely show's you've been working hard on it for a while. The 8bit part around min 2:00 was such a happy throwback to my childhood, brought some nice memories, thank you for that ^^,

Great work! Downloaded and going to my favorites!

Btw we also use FL Studio 20, if you're ever down for a collab we would love to work with you on something like this! :)
