Sunrise In Gloomy Gulch - DKC2 Remix [Feat. Deathly Ill] (Forest Interlude)

Collaboration: BallinFatty & DeathlyILL423

A remix of "Forest Interlude" from "Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest" on SNES. Also contains a small portion of the original Donkey Kong Theme.

In case you are wondering, this is the song that plays during the following stages: "Ghostly Grove", "Gusty Glade", & "Web Woods".

How to turn a haunting, mellow song into a slightly more upbeat, happy song. This mix took longer to create than it should have. Every time we planned on working on it, we would end up doing something else. But at least it's done now.

As the sun rises over the trees in the gulch, the dense fog of night fades, and the lingering spirits depart, hiding from the light of day. Because of the absence of the spirits, during the daytime, the stage Ghostly Grove is virtually unplayable, because there is no way to cross the chasms. Save your progress, and wait until nightfall

This song deserves a 10 for only the simple fact that I was involved in making it.

And because its awesome.

BallinFatty responds:

Mostly because it's awesome. We all know by common fact that because I have more body mass, by default I am what makes it deserving of a 10. A reflective ratio of BMI lol
