I love the original, so it was interesting to hear your take.
A bit of critque:
The plucks in the intro were too loud. Also, they weren't really relevant to the rest of the song, so it sounded a bit weird. I personally feel it's important to keep the elements of a dance track very focused. The transition at 0:36 and 3:09 felt too long/quiet, and I feel would be awkward to dance to on the dance floor. Not a big fan of the clap personally, and I feel like there could be a bit more percussion through out the song instead of just the second drop (maybe make the hats a bit louder and dirtier). Also the stab in the drop needs to be louder in my opinion. Also maybe have it be a bit brighter, and add a bit of vibrato and a bit more reverb and stereo width.
tl;dr needs a bit of polish, but I like the idea behind the track! Keep it up!
