Warm deep hued sunlight, making soft sands dance with glittering light. Beneath the waves, strange brightly colored plants and exotic creatures, excite the eyes.

Produced in logic pro with: Roots bass kalimba, Remo ocean drum, Hugh Tracey Kalimba, Timber drum, Estwing square tack hammer, and logic x Alchemy, Retro analog and Mellowtron soft synths.

I was going to mix this more before posting but it's good enough I think.

I dunno if your intent was to visualize a giant clock of some sort going under a tsunami and then getting left all broken after the wave retreated, but that's what I visualized! Great ambient piece.

Midnights-Ocean responds:

heh I imagined a lot when I wrote this but not that. Very cool idea though! Thanks for the review. ^_^

Absolutely fantastic, it feels like I'm taking a glimpse into a far away place that's almost completely forgotten.

Midnights-Ocean responds:

ooo perfect! thanks so much! ^_^

it could be fitting to subnautica somehow :D

Midnights-Ocean responds:

totally. : D

its got good drive, and i can appreciate the atmosphere and ambience, but personally, i dont really like it. However, its just good. I dont like it personally, but its really good.

Midnights-Ocean responds:

I'm actually pleased to hear that. I work quite hard on the quality of my works. Obviously this flavor of music isn't everyone's thing. I REALLY appreciate the review and honesty! : D

this kinda reminds me of the ruined future of chrono trigger.. with post apocalyptic noises and stuff - it's rather cool man :)

I like that weird beastial noise around the halfway mark that suddenly comes in, got some great ambiance going on and I love the kalimba in the bg - I could see this in a desert storm area of a game or even underground hiding out from the raging elements outside or in some old ancient abandoned structure or something.

great stuff man!

Midnights-Ocean responds:

Now THAT'S the kinda reaction I hope for! Glad to hear it. I was pleased with the midsection of this too. The atmosphere seemed to click very well. Thanks man! : D
