The Mechanical Pirates

There once was a ship, that sailed the open waves, and all the crew, the pets, the vessel itself, were made out of metal, they were like robots, only smarter than a man, but one day the boat sank to the bottom of the ocean, where the cheery pirates were left to rust...

I really enjoyed making this one, hence why it is stupendously long, i didn't realise until i was nearly done with it, but hey, its still fine, and that's what matters :)

Now I know how, I designed all the basses, leads etc, the drums were just some samples that I changed up a bit though, because I need to sharpen my drum making skills

I hope you like it, and as always please tell me what you think, rate what you think also :P

Hope you have a good day :)

If you wanna use this song for anything, please tell me, I'd love to check out your videos and what not

Nice.

KeanyGD responds:

Eee thank u, I realised afterwards that I went a bit overboard on the distorted detuned bass, that's the main thing I dislike about it tbh

What was the ship called? Better be the Black Pearl

KeanyGD responds:

Lol

hmm... not sure what to say. The mastering could do with a bit of work. Why does the intro last 32 seconds? I like the bit from 03:30 to 04:30. I feel like the lead has too much reverb. All I can really say is that there was a concept. Just needs a bit more work is all.
