I made this practically in one night for school (music teacher said that i could skip singing test if i made a song :p)
It was a while ago, but since i haven't uploaded anything in ages i thought that i should publish this atleast.
heck yah you should publisj it this is the bomb
holy tits my dude this is astounding! i cant even pull this off in a month, hell, i have a song ive been stuck on for 7 months now, and dont have that much to show for. you have some amazing talent and i cant wait to see what you'll do with it! on terms of criticism one thing you can improve is the snare at 2:50 - 3:10 it feels too sudden with its release, i would think a snare with a tail of sound at the end would be more effective at captivating the listeners minds with the visual of a winged being waving them off before departing up into the skies.
hope to see more from you soon!
Thanks for reviewing ^^!
I got lucky with this one, it isn't exactly the norm for me to complete a track in a day or less, unfortunately:P
Also, i can't take all credits for this, a good amount goes to my dear friend caffeine ;)
Very good! Finally another track from you :)
Can't believe you made this in one night!
Keep going, you are an excellent musician.
Thanks man ^^ Glad that you are still checking out my music :)
I like the sweeps at the beginning and the grainy FX with the voice that sounds like it's coming through a walkie-talkie. The vocals at :35 were a nice touch. There are a lot of ups and downs to the energy level, which overall is a good thing, but I think the pacing was pretty fast at times. I also wasn't a huge fan of your snare sample and some of the gritty synths at :57. Might help to take some of the treble off some of the synths. The mix is loud and clear, although I think there might've been a bit too much reverb and/or compression at some points. I like the piano bit at 2:37. The breakdown at 1:42 was also really enjoyable. Overall, I think my favorite elements of the piece are the atmosphere, flow, and variety. Keep up the good work, EverReverb! ^_^
Wow, thanks for very detailed review once again ^^!
