Originally, I made this intro track to set the mood for The Box Vol. 1: Dark City in 2012, showing this would be a dark story, making it cinematic and reflecting it's inspiration from comic books. However, it wasn't as good as I wanted it to be (nor was that album), so I ended up scrapping it from the album entirely.

However, this would inspire the intro to The Box Vol. 2: Regeneration, as I wanted to try again with an intro track.
