Sort of a spiritual continuation of an old track I made. I was due for some more uptempo synth funk jams, and this is the result.

Catchy stuff. Has a really refreshing '80s disco vibe. I like the little call-and-response action at :32 where you strip away the beat momentarily. It's a really subtle effect that's great for some structural contrast. I guess my main complaint with this piece is that it doesn't have much of an overarching shape or direction to it. Instead, it sounds like the main harmonic framework that someone needs to improvise or record over in a demo track. Don't get me wrong: really impressive work with the sound design and harmonies, but it doesn't quite have the dynamism of a stand-alone track yet. Smooth vibes, though. I was tapping my foot. Keep up the good work, man!

Bradley-Pittman responds:

Thanks for takin the time to write this! I've been focusing on mixing and sound design a lot more lately, so it totally makes sense that I didn't give the song structure quite the attention it deserves. Hopefully I can nail the balance next time around : )
