This is pretty hot, I'm a sucker for noise/ambient music haha.
A few critiques though:
First off, and this is entirely subjective, the length. What you've done right is dragged out the piece to feel more sustained, long, and moderately cold. However, it's a bit much. I think if the tempo was sped up by perhaps 15% (making it fall to around 7min total) it would be a tad more mellifluous. That's just what I'd do though, you may prefer this speed and that's totally cool.
And second I'd like to build off what skyboundary said below, the repeated tone is very lonely in this piece. Usually a repeated noise in music can act as a good percussion, but when you dont build on that beat it becomes uninteresting or "irritating" as said by sky. An easy fix, if you were going for a drone/noise type approach rather than a percussive one, would be to make the tone melodic. Bring it up and down a bit here and there, that would make it less likely to fall into the trap of becoming boring.
By looking at the description, I can tell you didn't give this your full effort, but even so you have something really nice going on! Reminds me a bit of the album Bird, Lake, Objects from Masayoshi Fujita and Jan Jelinek, and maybe even A Moon Shaped Pool from Radiohead. You could really build off this and make something spectacular.
Either way, keep up the good work and try to be positive, l1f3 1s r0ugh but 1t w1ll @ll g3t b3tt3r w1th t1m3
