This is really quiet, but I can hear what sounds like a nice djenty style, if not the occasional nasty fretting here and there.
But definitely invest in a cab sim if this is digital distortion -- it sounds like it. You can also turn down the presence and tone. If you are recording direct line in, you'll also have this problem. You'll want a DI box.
This honestly sounds like white noise. Turn down the gain! You don't need lots of gain to get a heavy sound. A heavy sound is more about what you play and how you play it more than distortion.
