So I've had some songs queued up to upload for a bit now, but I was waiting until the best time to upload them for Tom Fulp to notice and possibly frontpage them. For me, that time is about 11:55 according to my computer's clock. For reasons I don't know, Tom checks the songs that are uploaded very close to 1:00 NG time, which is an hour ahead of my timezone, and a bit faster than my computer's clock, hence 11:55. So this is a bit of a test to see whether or not Tom will take a look. I don't totally and completely care, but I hope he does. :p
Yeah, Its just as good as your other songs, but there are a few things wrong.
The trap hatz in the beginning.
That distorted kick.
The drop doesn't make me want to dance- Try more sidechaining.
Other than that, pretty good. Probably deserves front page.
Oh yeah. This a matter of personal opinion, but I hate 808 kicks with a passion. Just me.
Adding more sidechaining wouldn't be my personal style. I actually don't like that massive sidechain feel, so I just sidechain things to the kick's transient instead.
YEAS that distorted kick.... I need to focus on mixing more.... I fixed that problem, but it's kinda useless now lol...
