Unused Song for Games I May or May Not Be Working On

I've been unsure for about a year now when I would consider this song finished. I've been working on this piece on and off for around 2 years it seems like, and I just never could quite tell if I was satisfied with it. Granted, I would sit there for hours just simply listening to it because I found it satisfying to hear. But composition wise, I wasn't confident enough that the song made the cut to be at least "above average". I decided, however, that I just frankly didn't care if it was amazing or terrible, and spruced it up, putting all the finishing touches I wanted on it. And when I got bored of working on it, I decided to myself that I would release it on Newgrounds and hear what "We the People" have to say about it. After all, who knows more about an artists work besides the artist themselves? That would be the one beholding the art. Art is subjective, and it can be interpreted in as many ways as there are minds to behold it.

So you tell me, Newgrounds... does this pass the listening test?

As for the song itself, I wanted something powerful, but mystical, much like a dragon. I think the instrument selection provided just that. But you decide for yourself on how you feel.
