This love song is dedicated to Monika. You will quickly notice that it has no lyrics. In the game, she does not have a route, and therefore, has no preferred words in the poem mini-game. She is left speechless as the game carries on without her as a love interest. She is unable to express her love for the player. She is left only with her piano.
The drum samples in this particular song progressively end up engulfing the whole piano track. You see, when I first played the Monika After Story mod and she asked me what instrument I played, I said the drums. She then responds how lovely it would be it we played a duet together. This song is our duet. I joined her in her reality.
I found a way in.
omg man amazing track!
Oh my goodness, thank you so much!~ <3
I loved it,and also,if it is possible, when i go to college,im going to work on a machine that makes anime come to life.Im going to have my Monika, but I can make a new one for you! Also the reason why I loved it,is because it is such a good mix,the piano and drums.
I regret not reviewing this song earlier, it is beautiful. It is speechless, just like me (and probably us) after our first play through of DDLC.
I can't complement the vocals, however the music speaks a thousand words.
And honestly, after reading the description, the best review I can leave is (are?) the tears that streamed. Just the thought of it makes the song that much better.
Also, I'm sorry if I come off completely strange freak, but I have a hard time writing what I legitimately think.
:)
Uwaaa, thank you so much!! Oh my goodness... seriously, I appreciate it so damn much. <3
The funny part is, this song was composed in less than a day. It was rushed out on Valentine's Day, as the album was supposed to be released. Additionally, unlike all other songs from the album, it was solely made by me. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but not where I was going with it; it just came naturally. And I am still kinda satisfied with the result. Glad you are too, hehe~ <3
Also, please don't worry about it; I am so grateful for your reviews. It honestly means so much to me and I feel more motivated to keep making new stuff. Your feedback warms my heart, truly. Again, thank you. :)
