I lurve it.
I <3 Phantom of the Opera. Greatest play ever. You did pretty good, but in some places the main melody needs to be upped an octave or two, or increased in volume. Otherwise, I have no criticizations. Great job! ((More percussion would ruin the smoother feeling I get, too much banging makes everything too choppy..))
Hm...This is definitely interesting!
I'm a big fan of the Phantom of the Opera, and I was intrigued when I saw this on the first page of techno songs. =P
As for critiquing...
I think that your should either lower the volume of the up and down part of the song or make the melody louder because it's hard to hear it. >.<
I have to agree with Quickshot-x...It is a bit repetitive, and you should try to add a bit more percussion into it.
Other than that, great job! I'll be looking forward to listening to your other songs! =D
The song was pretty good, but it could have been A LOT BETTER. Your snares were so...boring, really. They need some...pizaz, edit to your taste. The instrument that was used for Catherine, or whatever her name was, was not a good pick in my opinion. I would have chosen a higher like instrument. This one a a deep effect to it, and when it went high, it just didn't have a good sound. The little arp was kinda, too repetitive.
However, you did the song, so you got some major points there. It doesn't sound you missed notes anywhere, which is a good way to be tops, like me, lol, just kidding. The male voice, was good though.
Sorry I have not responded I am behind on my reviews. Thanks for the review man.
I like your percussion very much, but it's very repetitive! For the notes I also enjoyed, but it was a bit sour in my opinion. Lacks Diversity of mellow melody. Well done my friend.
Thank you very much for your review.
Please contact me if you would like to use this in a project. We can discuss the details.
