I decided to take my good friend Troisnyx's song Re:Reveris (the vocal version) and remix it to bring out it's power more. I think it's one of her most beautiful songs, she's a talented singer and songwriter. I love her music. Hope you all enjoy it! :D

I added strings, choir, percussion, and a little harp at the end.

Very sensitive treatment of the track, and really changed the feel for me. I really dig it. I feel there could be just a little more compression on the vocals to make them soar some more, and a little less reverb, or some more EQ. Great work!

The strings remind me of something out of FF12, when you go into that village where all the Viera are. Love it.

Thanks! Oh? Well I took from the track so I didn't work with raw stems really, they were as she edited them. Thanks!

I want to say real quick, thank you for doing this. <3

The strings are most certainly powerful in this case, and we don't feel like the vocals are drowning out the entire mix; already an improvement on the mix.

The drums could have started a bit more subtly (glitch?), but when they kick in at the chorus, it feels powerful. The choir also kicks in there, which feels nice. Do I hear timps as well?

I think my favourite part is like, near Verse 4 (before the second chorus), there's what I think is a timpani flourish + cymbals. Certainly built me up. Then the second chorus, oh my. And that harp at the end. <3

I agree with Syrupmasterz; this one sounds more triumphal than sombre, which I'm also pleased about. ^_^ This one sounds like a stage version as well, and of course due to the musicality of the original, it also feels like something that otherwise can be heard in a musical. But this one works just as well. I actually do love this. Thank you.

Aww you're welcome and thank you! :) I agree. I added timpani rolls throughout the track :) I'm glad you liked the harp. Aww I'm glad you love it! :D That means a lot <3 thank you! Would it be okay if I use this in my Venturescape series later on? And can i upload this to my youtube channel? Left you a message. :)

If you wanted to throw people off, I would've added a random metal solo at the very end. haha

In all seriousness, this is a more triumphant sounding remix while the original is more somber; not that there is anything wrong with that mind you.

Both versions have good pacing and distinct feels combined with enough variation to avoid repetition, as well they invoke invocations of invokedness. :P

Bang up job you two, keep it up! :D

Nah that wouldn't be very fitting or respectful to the original. I was trying to enhance it not murder it lol as much as I love metal, I know what works and what doesn't. Thanks!

very nice!
I really like it!
it sounds a little too much like the original, but nevertheless, it's still great!
very good job, I like it!

RealFaction responds:

Well I didn't do much to it except add things to bring out the sound more to make it more enhanced, I felt it didn't really need much besides that, it's a beautiful song. I wanted to respect the original. Thanks.
